The Department of Visual and Performing Arts
The TRU Visual and Performing Arts Department represents a wide range of course offerings and programs related to the Visual Arts, Art History, Theatre, Film and Music. Our Faculty recognizes that the appreciation and the practice of the arts have been vital to the development of the past and present civilizations and are essential to cultural well-being. All of these areas offer dedicated and qualified faculty whose primary concerns include the cultivation of artistic production, technical skills and progressive critical thinking within a creative atmosphere. All courses are transferable to other institutions. Students may complete the diploma and degree programs.
